This lovely apartment, located in the heart of Palau, has a splendid seaview overlooking Palau's busy harbour and the Maddalena island. It is at a walking distance from shops, restaurants and the harbour. Many beaches are in the surrounding area and may be reached by foot or car.

The apartment is decorated in a Mediterranean style complimented by some Sardinian touches. The cosy living room has an open -plan kitchen and is adjoined by a well equipped terrace having a built-in barbecue. The large French windows make the living room bright and airy at all times of the day, as well as allowing one to enjoy the seaview from indoors. The Master bedroom is also adjoined by a small balcony overlooking a backyard, and has an accomodating wall to wall closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, thus comfortably sleeps two. The bathroom has just been elegantly rennovated in Sardinian style and has a large enclosed shower as well as a washing machine. Air conditioning has also just been installed the apartment . The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, a gas hob, an oven, an electric kettle and a good sized refrigerator.
